Huawei P60 Launch Time and Leaked Renders Show Dual Selfie Shooters

According to reports, the Huawei P60 is in the works. The launch date of the flagship smartphone has yet to be officially confirmed by the Chinese company, but according to a new report, it will debut in March next year. Renders and specifications of the Huawei P60 have also leaked. The Huawei P60 is said to be powered by the Kirin 9100 SoC and is speculated to have a variable aperture canera. The Huawei P60 is said to be a number of upgrades to the Huawei P50 that was launched in the Chinese market last July. The Huawei P60 may be unveiled alongside the Huawei P60 Pro.

A report from Gizmochina proposes a release schedule for the Huawei P60. According to the report, Huawei may launch the Huawei P60 series in March 2023. The original Huawei P60 may feature a variable aperture lens, which was first introduced on the Mate 50 model. Furthermore, it is said to be equipped with a 64-megapixel telephoto sensor. The Huawei P60 can be powered by the Kirin 9100 SoC in a 14nm 3D package.

Renders purportedly provided by Rodent950 detail the expected design of the upcoming phone. Leaked renders suggest a wide notch on the display to accommodate the dual selfie cameras. It shows two circular camera islands arranged in the upper left corner of the back. The top has two large sensors, while the lower module has one sensor and an LED flash.

Huawei has not revealed any details about the Huawei P60 series. Therefore, it is advisable to take the above details with a grain of salt.

The Huawei P60 is expected to bring a series of upgrades over the Huawei P50. The Huawei P50 features a 6.5-inch full HD+ (1,224×2,700 pixels) OLED flat-panel display with a refresh rate of up to 90Hz, powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The triple rear cameras, led by a 50-megapixel main camera and a 4,100mAh battery with 66W wired super fast charging, are the other key highlights of the phone.
