[RedTom Morning Post]: The OnePlus 10 series might have 5000mAh batteries, Hackers succeed in running MIUI 11 on an iPhone SE, and more

Not much to say, hurry up and follow the RedTom Morning Post to see what is worth paying attention to:

The OnePlus 10 series might have 5000mAh batteries

OPPO has unveiled its latest battery technology, which, as it claims, contains some significant performance and safety upgrades over the existing SuperVOOC 2.0 system. The new tech is also rated to cut the amount of heat produced by a battery by 50%. Finally, the leaker Digital Chat Station, who also followed this presentation, claims that OPPO’s research will result in an increase in maximum sizes for these 65W batteries from 4,500mAh at present to 5,000mAh, possibly by the end of 2021. So, these upgraded batteries could appear in the successors to the Find X3 and X3 Pro. Considering its relationship with OnePlus and Realme (fellow BBK Electronics subsidiaries who rebrand SuperVOOC to Warp Charge and SuperDart Charge respectively), this could also apply to their upcoming flagships.

RedTom Thoughts😊: OnePlus 10 series will be the next king of Flagship level, I don’t think Mi 12 will transcend it!

Hackers succeed in running MIUI 11 on an iPhone SE

A hacking team has been demonstrating the successful installation of MIUI 11 onto a first-generation iPhone SE. According to reports, the checkm8 vulnerability was used to assist with the Android skin installation while the phone’s iOS software also remained available to the user. MIUI 11 may have been chosen over MIUI 12 for this particular process because the latter Xiaomi Android overlay has become known for its huge list of bugs and glitches, whereas a MIUI 11 build would offer more stability. Stable firmware would be required for this type of iPhone SE experiment, and although the videos show MIUI 11 up and running, it’s likely there will be plenty of operation issues that will need ironing out.

While the exact cause of the issue is not yet known, one GPU manufacturer is stepping forward and promises affected owners of its RTX 3090 cards (US$2835 on Amazon) quick and easy replacements.

After the official release of the Poco F3 GT, the rendering of the Poco X3 GT was also released by foreign media. It was basically the image stitching when the Poco X3 GT was warmed up by Xiaomi. The credibility is still quite high. From the rendering, the appearance of Poco X3 GT is similar to that of Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G.
