Realme launched their Cobble Bluetooth speaker in Malaysia. The speaker has a game mode and a lanyard that glows in the dark. The Cobble Bluetooth speaker has a 1,500mAh battery, which guarantees 9 hours of playback time. It works through the Realme Link app, and you can use it to personalize settings according to your choice. According to the company website, the price of the Realme Cobble Bluetooth speaker is MYR 99, which is approximately ₹1,800. It is launched in two colors – metallic black and electronic blue. The company has not announced whether and when it will launch the speaker in other countries.
The Realme Cobble Bluetooth speaker looks like a small pebble attached to a luminous lanyard. If you misplaced it, this glow-in-the-dark feature can make it easier for you to find the device in a dark space. The speakers are equipped with dynamic drivers and passive bass radiators to achieve deeper bass. The Cobble Bluetooth speaker comes with a 5W sound output, and Realme says the speaker has a stereo pairing function and three equalizer presets-bass, bright and dynamic. There is also a game mode on the speaker, which is expected to provide a delay as low as 88ms.
The speaker comes with an IPX5 rating that should make it resistant to splashes and sprinkles, so one has to be careful. This speaker will not survive a full dunk in the water. Connectivity options on the Realme Cobble Bluetooth speaker include Bluetooth v5.0. For power, there is a 1,500mAh battery that promises nine hours of playtime on a single charge and the company says that the speaker can be fully charged in just 2.5 hours.
