Samsung Galaxy A03: The awesome budget smartphone with an octa-core processor

According to the latest news, Samsung has introduced the Galaxy A03, a new budget smartphone that succeeds the Galaxy A02. The Galaxy A03 has an octa-core SoC, a 6.5-inch display and a 48 MP primary camera. The Galaxy A03 will be available in three colours and three memory options.

Samsung published the first details for the Galaxy A03, the successor to January’s Galaxy A02. The Galaxy A03 joins the Galaxy A03s and Galaxy A03 Core as the third Galaxy A03 device, the latter of which Samsung announced less than two weeks ago.

The latest model contains a 6.5-inch ‘Infinity-V’ display that runs at 720p, above which Samsung has included a 5 MP (f/2.2) front-facing camera. The 164.2 x 75.9 x 9.1 mm device has relatively thick bezels too, although that is t be expected from a budget smartphone.

Moreover, Samsung has included a 48 MP primary camera (f/1.8) and a 2 MP camera (f/2.4) for capturing depth of field data. A 5,000 mAh battery powers the Galaxy A03, as does an unnamed octa-core processors. Samsung has confirmed that the processor has two cores running at 1.6 GHz and another six clocked at 1.6 GHz.

The Galaxy A03 would finally be orderable in three colours and three memory configurations. The device will start at 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, but 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and 128 GB of storage variants will be available. Whereas, Samsung has confirmed how much the Galaxy A03 costs, nor where it will be sold.
