Nubia has announced via Weibo today that the new generation of flagship product Nubia Z30 Pro will be officially released on May 20.
It is reported that this series had previously featured a bezel-less design. As early as 2015, Nubia took the lead in launching the bezel-less mobile phone Z9, which innovatively used 2.5D glass to hide the border of the mobile phone.
Judging from the exposed renderings, the Nubia Z30 still continues the design elements of the series, using a curved screen with a small curvature and a very narrow front frame.
It is worth mentioning that, because there are no dots on the front of the screen, the Nubia Z30 is expected to adopt an under-screen lens solution for the front camera.
In addition, it is reported that the Nubia Z30 is expected to debut the 3D structured light technology under the screen that ZTE previously demonstrated at Shanghai MWC.
Nubia co-founder Ni Fei said that mobile photography is Nubia’s innate DNA. For the first time, Nubia has realized the separation of focusing and metering on a mobile phone, bringing the industry’s first camera phone with professional SLR functions.
It will have the first created mobile phone photography multiple exposure, adjustable aperture, and other functions.
Not only that, in the field of starry sky photography, Nubia has invented the slow shutter shooting method and shooting device technical patent through countless technical breakthroughs, and pioneered the star trail shooting function, allowing mobile phones to shoot the starry sky and the Milky Way from unprecedented to reality.
According to the news, the Nubia Z30 will use a matrix four-camera module, which may adopt a design similar to ZTE Axon 30 Ultra to achieve a four-camera solution and supports up to 100x zoom.
In addition, Nubia Z30 may also support up to 120W super fast charging.
In terms of configuration, given the previous top flagship positioning of the Nubia Z series, the Snapdragon 888 processor is naturally indispensable.
