iPhone SE 3 is coming: Apple’s phone shipments in the first half of 2022 will increase by 30%

Last week, some analysts predicted that in the fourth quarter of this year, iPhone shipments would make Apple the number one in the world.

Sources from the South Korean component industry said that Apple has announced that it will increase its iPhone shipment target by 30% in the first half of 2022, which will make the total annual iPhone shipments exceed 300 million units for the first time.

It is reported that the shipment target given by Apple in the first half of this year is 130 million units, and it will be 170 million units after an increase of 30% next year.

In order to cope with supply chain issues, Apple cut the production capacity of the iPad and the old iPhone, and spared no effort to protect the iPhone 13 series.

At the same time, it is worth noting that iPhone SE 3 is rumored to be launched at the end of the first quarter of next year, and TF is expected to contribute 25-30 million units to Apple.

Previously, Guo Mingchi claimed that the new iPhone SE will adopt a design similar to the current model. The overall design is based on the iPhone 8, with a 4.7-inch display (providing Touch ID).

The key upgrade of the device will include 5G support and a faster processor, which is said to be the A15 chip, and the price may be around 3K.
