Let me talk about my personal use of headphones. I usually only bring AirPods when I go out, and the PS5 accessories are quite popular, so I immediately got one.
The advantages of this headset:
1. PS5 new technology, 3D sound effects
I read some bloggers’ recommendations on YouTube. Sony’s new technology allows you to feel the sounds from all directions. Don’t miss it if you want to experience it.
At present, I have only experienced Returnal which supports 3D sound effects. I give it a good comment. It is not particularly amazing. The environmental sound effects and bass are good, and there is a little gap between the shock brought by the new handle.
2. Quick and easy connection
If the audio and video are out of sync and the delay is high, the gaming experience will be greatly reduced. The official standard headset guarantees low latency and fast connection. Once the wireless adapter is plugged in, it can be connected in seconds without delay.
Also, the design is pretty nice.
Disadvantage: wearing comfort
This headset can not be manually adjusted like other gaming headsets. It has a black adaptive elastic band on it. Normal wearing should not be a big problem, but if you wear glasses like me, the headset may strangle you and you need to take it off to have a rest.
In terms of battery life, the battery has only been charged once. The official description is that once it is fully charged, and the battery lasts for twelve hours at a medium volume.
In terms of buttons, all the buttons are on the left earphone. The buttons are very rich. If you are not familiar with it, you have to take the headset off and adjust the buttons. The volume buttons part has arcs and other distinctions. I think it’s quite easy to use, mainly to adjust the sound and switch.
To sum up:
If you don’t have particularly high requirements for sound quality, have never used other gaming headsets, and want to experience 3D sound effects, this headset is worth buying.
