OnePlus 9/9 Pro get new OxygenOS update with May 2021 Android security patch

The May 2021 security update is arriving a lot sooner than expected for the OnePlus 9 series phones.

According to the updated official changelog, the camera improvements included in the new OxygenOS update bring improved white balance performance and HDR effects in certain shooting scenarios. OnePlus has also made some adjustments to enhance the network communication stability and Wi-Fi performance of its best Android phones. It is said that the charging performance has also been improved. In addition to improvements and Android security fixes for May 2021, this update also fixes a bug that caused the keyboard to lag behind certain OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro devices.
