[Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wings], delicious and simple to cook!

Roast chicken wings ingredients:
500g chicken wings (about 12-14)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Cooking oil/melted butter-brush the surface

method:
1. Wash and dry the chicken wings with kitchen paper. Marinate with salt (I added 3/4 teaspoon) and pepper for 15 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
3. Gently mix the powder and chicken wings evenly.
4. Arrange the chicken wings on the cold shelf and brush with a little cooking oil.
5. Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, then turn the bottom of the chicken wings upside down, and bake for another 10 minutes or until the chicken becomes crispy.

Salted egg yolk sauce:
4 salted egg yolks
20 curry leaves
1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
4 tablespoons talk milk (I use animal cream)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 teaspoon fine sugar
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

 

How to cook:
1. Steam the salted egg yolk for about 10 minutes until cooked. crush.

2. Melt the butter in a pot, add curry leaves, chili and garlic, stir fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in the salted egg yolk and stir-fry until the condiment is bubbling.
4. Then pour in the milk, sugar and curry powder and mix well. Bring the sauce to a boil until the juice is slightly reduced and turn off the heat.

5. Then pour in the grilled chicken wings, stir fry until the chicken wings are evenly coated with salted egg yolk sauce and enjoy.
