Apple recently updated the Android version of the Music app, but for some reason it chose not to include in the update instructions, mentioning that the new version adds two long-awaited features for users: support for lossless streaming and panoramic deep music.
Apple originally announced in mid-May that it would bring lossless and Dolby Atmos audio options to Apple Music, and it was first launched on Apple’s own device in early June, but it was only available for specific albums at the time.
Apple promised to use selected playlists and special tags to make Dolby Atmos-supported content more eye-catching, and said that lossless streaming will eventually come to all 75 million music.
However, if you want to enjoy the new technology, you still need matching hardware.
This means that Panoramic Deep Music requires at least AirPods or Beats headphones with built-in H1 or W1 chips, or iPhone, iPad, and Mac computers.
To know which styles are supported in detail, it is the fastest way to refer to the official specifications. As for the part of lossless music, it must be connected via a wired connection and cannot be enjoyed wirelessly.
