A few days ago, Redmi’s first gaming phone has been officially scheduled to be released on April 27 and officially named it Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition.

According to the official introduction, the transistor density has increased by 18% compared to the previous generation, and the power consumption can be reduced by 8% under the same performance conditions.

Judging from the 3C certification, there will be at least two models in the K40 gaming phone series, and both support 67W fast charging. This will be Redmi’s current mobile phone with the fastest charging speed.


Combined with the previous news, the Redmi gaming phone will be equipped with a Samsung E4 material OLED single-hole screen, supporting a high refresh rate of 144Hz, and a battery capacity of 5000mAh.

It is worth mentioning that the enhanced version of the K40 game phone will be equipped with a Dimensity 1200 chip.

Judging from the official warm-up picture, the phone is very slim, the middle frame is made of metal, and it is equipped with dual physical lifting shoulder buttons and side fingerprints recognition.

Currently, the only model equipped with Dimensity 1200 is the Realme GT Neo, with a starting price of ¥1799, while the model equipped with Dimensity 1100 is currently only the VIVO S9, with a starting price of ¥2,999.
