Mac Otakara learned from a Chinese supplier that the overall shape of the iPad Air 5 will be based on the 11-inch iPad Pro (3rd generation). Although the 10.9-inch display and side fingerprints are continued, the back will be upgraded to a dual-camera module.
In addition, Apple is also considering adding LiDAR to the iPad Air 5.
Since the iPad Pro’s early adopters of the mini LED, the screen quality is not as good as expected, and there are more and more revelations about the launch of OLED panels, it is not ruled out that the iPad Air 5 may be equipped with it for the first time.
In terms of other parameters, iPad Air 5 is also expected to use the same A15 processor of the iPhone 13 series, upgrade 4-speaker speakers, and add support for 5G NR networks to the cellular version.
Don’t think the A15 processor is ahead. With the iPad Pro already supported by the M1, the A series is no longer the first echelon of performance.
Considering that the iPad Air 4 was released less than a year ago, the iPad Air 5 will reach the end of the year at the earliest.
