Today, Apple Hub exposed the front rendering of the iPhone 14 Pro on the social platform. Compared with the iPhone 13 Pro, the biggest change of the iPhone 14 Pro is the use of a double-hole design, which looks like an “exclamation mark”.
It is worth noting that it is reported that the iPhone 14 Pro series will adopt this dual-hole screen solution, while the standard version of the iPhone 14 is still the traditional notch screen solution.
Industry insider and display industry expert @Ross Young confirmed the authenticity of the revelations, saying that Apple will replace all dual-hole screens in 2023, which means that the Apple iPhone 15 series will completely abandon the notch screen solution.
Due to the dual-hole screen solution, this means that Apple’s iPhone 15 series has not yet placed Face ID under the screen.
Earlier Ross Young broke the news that Apple is developing under-screen Face ID technology, and the infrared camera, an important component of Face ID, may not be hidden under the screen until 2024.
In addition, it is revealed that there are four models in the iPhone 14 series, namely iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, etc., and the mini version has been cut off.
Then, the iPhone 15 series is not expected to launch the mini version again, and it is likely to continue the product layout plan of the iPhone 14 series.
