Not only Xiaomi! Samsung will release its flagship smartphone with an under-screen camera in August

Earlier news broke that Xiaomi will release the Mi MIX 4 flagship in August. This flagship adopts an under-screen camera solution and becomes Xiaomi’s first true full-screen flagship this year.

Not only Xiaomi, but Samsung will also release its annual flagship in August, which is also an under-screen camera solution.

Samsung will hold the Galaxy Unpacked new product launch conference on August 11, which will launch Samsung’s first under-screen mobile phone, the Galaxy Z Fold 3.

According to the exposed renderings, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 internal screen is equipped with an under-screen lens design for the first time. It is equipped with a 16MP Sony IMX471 CMOS. Compared with the previous generation digging design, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 not only has a better screen look and feel but also has a large upgrade of front camera imaging.

In addition, Galaxy Z Fold 3 will also be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series flagship processor, which may be Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus. It is expected to be equipped with 12GB of memory and the screen supports high refresh rates.

It is worth noting that Samsung will also release the Galaxy Z Flip 3, which is a folding screen mobile phone with a top and bottom folding scheme. Like the Galaxy Z Flip 5G, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a secondary screen on the back that can display incoming calls, App notifications, and other basic features.
