A digital blogger found Xiaomi in a document published by Chinese screen manufacturer TCL Huaxing earlier.
It is reported that TCL Huaxing’s official Weibo has announced its 10.95-inch screen equipped with In-Cell active pen technology on January 11 this year, and the screen has passed the WGP LV1 certification of the active pen protocol provider Wacom and the MPP 2.5 certification of Microsoft.
In the customer list, we found Xiaomi, and this 10.95-inch screen is also very consistent with the news that the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 will be equipped with an 11-inch screen.
So it is basically certain that Xiaomi’s new tablet will be equipped with this LCD screen from TCL Huaxing.
According to official TCL Huaxing, this screen has a 16:9 ratio, 2560*1600 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240hz touch sampling rate, and 4096-level touch.
In addition, the LTPS technology adopted by TCL Huaxing flat panel LCD requires less display driving time and can provide enough time for active pen recognition.
