Japanese Teriyaki Tofu-fried tofu that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, combined with a sweet and salty teriyaki sauce, and served with a bowl of white rice, it makes your appetite. The sauce is rich and delicious than meat.

Ingredients

Tofu, seaweed, corn starch, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, honey, white sesame

🍜Steps🍜

Wash the tofu, cut into small strips, and cover with a layer of seaweed. Dip cornstarch evenly around the tofu

Pour oil in the pan and fry the tofu until golden on all sides 👍

Adjust the teriyaki sauce: add 30ml light soy sauce, 15ml oyster sauce, 30ml cooking wine, 15g honey, and 100ml water to the bowl and mix well

Pour in the prepared teriyaki sauce, shake evenly, cover the pot and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Open the lid and collect the juice, sprinkle with white sesame seeds. 

Tips:

1 If the seaweed is not sticky, you can use your finger to dip some water and apply it

2 You can also improve it according to your taste. If you like spicy food, you can add some peppers. If you like the sweet and sour taste, you can pour 10ml of white vinegar before it comes out.
