2. Add egg yolk, caster sugar and corn starch to the milk pot. The ratio of milk to starch is recommended to be 10:1, so the boiled state will be better.


3. Add the pure milk.

5. Tear the cheese slices into small pieces and add them to the milk pot.


6. Heat the milk pot on low heat and stir continuously to form a milk paste.


7. The milk paste will become thicker and thicker. When the scraper is lifted, the milk paste will fall off very slowly, which should be the right state.


8. Pour the milk paste into a bowl or mold, shake it a few times to spread the milk paste evenly, and refrigerate for about 3 hours.


9. Take out the refrigerated milk cake, cut it into 6 portions, and place on a baking tray lined with tin foil.


10. Brush a layer of egg yolk on top of the milk cubes.
