The Southeast Asia style Thai basil minced pork with rice, I love it!

I have been eating this meal in a restaurant all the time.

The first time I saw it, I fell in love with it.

Personally, I think the taste will soon overtake a fancy restaurant, hahaha.

Trust me, you will fall in love with it.

20g of basil leaf, 250g of minced pork, 1 millet pepper, 3 clove of garlic, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of fish sauce, half spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of minced pepper sauce

1. Remove the roots of the basil, wash the leaves, cut the minced pork into small minced meat, marinate in cooking wine for 10 minutes, cut the garlic cloves and millet peppers into small particles for later use.

2. Put a proper amount of vegetable oil in the pot, add garlic, millet pepper, chopped pepper sauce, and stir fry for a fragrance, pour in the marinated pork, add all the seasonings when the pork color changes, and stir evenly.

3. Finally, add basil leaves, stir fry until the leaves become soft, don’t forget to fry a poached egg!
