Upgrade M1X+Mini LED! The new MacBook Pro is expected to be released in Q3

Some time ago, Apple officially opened the WWDC21 Developers Conference. The expected new hardware products such as MacBook Pro and AirPods 3 did not appear, which is regrettable.

However, according to the latest news, a new generation of MacBook Pro is coming soon.

According to relevant overseas media, some of Apple’s suppliers are currently fully expanding their production capacity to prepare for the launch of MacBook Pro and other products in the second half of the year.

It is expected to be officially released in the third quarter.

It is rumored that Apple will launch 14-inch and 16-inch versions of MacBook Pro this time, and this series will also be the first device equipped with the M1X chip.

It is reported that M1X is Apple’s latest generation of self-developed processors. Its overall design is consistent with M1 and will be built using TSMC’s 5nm process.

It can support more lightning channels, cpu cores, gpu cores, and support multiple external displays at the same time, but it will also bring higher power consumption.

In addition to upgrading the new self-developed chips, the news also said that the two new MacBook Pros will be upgraded to Mini LED screens, which are more sophisticated than ordinary LCD screens in light control technology.

It can bring better quality, including darker blacks, brighter brightness, richer colors and higher contrast, which will help professionals’ demand for color display.

In addition, the appearance of the MacBook Pro will also usher in a huge change. It will cancel the curve design of the previous MacBook Pro shell and adopt a flat right-angle solution similar to the iPhone 12 series.

At the same time, it will also be equipped with a new MagSafe magnetic interface to support faster charging speeds.
