A simple way of cooking family pizza


300 grams of high-gluten flour, 150 grams of water, 1 teaspoon of yeast, 1 red sweet pepper, half yellow sweet pepper, half green pepper, a little onion, moderate amount of mushrooms, 1 ham sausage, 3 sausages, 1 cheese


1. Materials for making fillings.

2. Cut green peppers, red sweet peppers, yellow sweet peppers, and onions into fine strips.


3. Cut the ham and sausage into slices.



4. Cut the cheese into filaments.

5. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add sugar and stir well.

6. Add 300 grams of flour to salt and mix well, pour in the yeast water and knead it into a ball, then add butter and knead well.



7. Knead the flour into a smooth dough.

8. When the dough rises to twice its size.


9. Put the dough on the chopping board and roll out a rectangular dough.



10. Make some holes in the dough.

11. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the dough.


12. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 6-10 minutes.



13. Take out the dough and brush with pizza sauce.

14. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on top of the pizza sauce.

15. Sprinkle the filling again.



16. Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese.

17. Bake for about 5 minutes.

18. Take out the baked pizza and let it cool for a while, and cut it into suitable pieces.
